The problem it solves
E-invoicing is not a software purchase. The provider sends what it is given, and most exports fail on the same handful of fields: emirate codes stored as ISO values, foreign currency lines without AED amounts, exchange rates to eight decimals, TRNs with 14 digits.
What it does
- Reads a flat invoice export (header fields repeated per line).
- 15 rules: PINT AE identifiers where one exists (IBR-128-AE emirate codes, IBR-104-AE per line AED amounts, IBR-002-AE exchange rate decimals, IBR-154-AE transaction type code) plus readiness checks for TRN format, duplicates, dates, VAT category and rate, per line VAT arithmetic and header totals.
- Writes a workbook: readiness percentage, findings by rule with severity and source, every exception with the value as exported and the fix, and a fix list grouped by the master data field that causes it.
How it was tested
- 60 invoices and 146 lines with 29 planted defects across 13 rules: 29 of 29 found, zero false positives.
