Finamatik is not registered in the Ministry of Economy register of practising auditors and does not provide statutory audit or assurance services. Finamatik is not an FTA registered Tax Agent and does not represent clients before the Federal Tax Authority. Where we assist with returns, we prepare and file using your own EmaraTax credentials, and responsibility for the submitted return remains with you as the taxable person.
You remain responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the records and information you provide, and for meeting your own statutory filing deadlines. Our work relies on the information supplied and we do not independently verify it.
Fees are agreed in writing in the engagement scope before work starts. Where prices are stated on this website, the accompanying text will state whether they are inclusive or exclusive of value added tax. VAT is charged only where Finamatik is registered for VAT and the supply is taxable.
We treat your financial information as confidential and disclose it only where you instruct us to, or where required by law.
Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.
